What is the dress code of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding calls for formal attire. This dress code is slightly more formal than cocktail attire, but less formal than a black tie wedding. For women, this generally means a tea-length or full length silhouette. For men, a dark colored suit and tie is appropriate.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the Hall of Springs. Transportation will also be provided from Downtown Saratoga.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be buses that will leave from each of the hotels. Times TBD.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

It will be an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) on the lawn at the Hall of Springs.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Welcome Party Yes! There will be a Welcome Party for all guests arriving from out of town on Friday evening. Please join us at the beautiful Adelphi Hotel to kick off the weekend with drinks and good company. Sunday at the Saratoga Race Track For those extending their stay over the long Labor Day weekend, Carly and Chris will be in Saratoga through Monday. On Sunday, we’ll be spending the day at the Saratoga Race Track and would love for you to join us! We’ll be reserving picnic tables in the general admission area for all guests who want to attend. • Races begin at 12:00 PM — we plan to arrive by 11:30 AM to claim tables. • BYOB – Coolers are allowed, but please no glass bottles or jars. Dress Code The picnic area is casual — anything goes! That said, race day is a fun excuse to dress up a little if you’d like. Typical attire includes: • Sundresses, linen pieces, or rompers • Button-down shirts or polo shirts • Pastels, fun patterns, and summer fabrics • Decorative fascinators or floppy hats encouraged! :)
