What are the preferred hotel accommodations?

We would love for everyone to stay at Hotel Trundle. We've reserved the hotel for the whole weekend at a special discounted rate, so we can all celebrate together from start to finish. To book visit www.hoteltrundle.com and reference FirstCampbellWedding or call 803-722-5000. Reservations need to be made by May 27th to receive the special rate.

Stay at Hotel Trundle to make the most of the wedding weekend! Just half a block from the chapel and two blocks from the reception, it’s the perfect spot to relax and celebrate. Enjoy extra time with the bride and groom at the Friday Welcome Party, Wedding Day Breakfast, and Sunday Farewell Brunch, plus plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. With so many guests in one place, it’s a wonderful opportunity to reunite and celebrate together!

Why should we arrive Friday?

Although not necessary to arrive early we are hoping to celebrate with our friends and family as much as possible. The celebration starts early! Join us for the Welcome Party on Friday night—a perfect way to kick off the weekend.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Cocktail hour will be held on the terrace and the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
If you're not staying at Hotel Trundle, we recommend parking in the First Baptist Church parking lot at the corner of Sumter and Washington Street. You’re welcome to leave your car there for the ceremony and the reception, which is just a short walk (one block) away.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
Once you arrive at Hotel Trundle, a car won't be necessary for the weekend. The ceremony is just half a block away, and the reception is a block and a half from the chapel, making it a convenient and enjoyable walk. For those flying into Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE), **rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis, are readily available to bring you to the hotel. This allows for a stress-free, car-free weekend as we celebrate together.

Can I bring a plus one?

Our guest list is limited, and invitations are specific to the guests named on the envelope. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation.
