The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM PST. We highly recommend you aim to arrive by 2:30 PM PST to park and find a seat.
The last day to RSVP will be August 31st, 2024. You can RSVP using the button that says "RSVP" on the home page. Note, there are a couple of inputs included in the RSVP, please ensure you are completing all inputs.
The dress code is formal attire. We suggest that guests wear midi to floor length dresses or suits/sport coats. Please refrain from wearing shades of white. The bridal party will be wearing emerald green.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people that are specifically named on your invitation.
Unfortunately, our venue's policy cannot accommodate children. We hope this allows our guests with children enough time to make proper arrangements for the day (and for parents to have a fun night out!).
Signature cocktails and appetizers will be available during cocktail hour. For the reception, dinner and dessert will be served. Reception will also include an open bar with beer, wine, canned cocktails, and seltzers.
We request that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We prioritized hiring professional photographers and videographers and we want to make sure that no one accidentally prevents our hired professionals from getting their photos and videos. We would hate to miss your beautiful smiles in our pictures because they are behind your phones.
We highly recommend arranging travel accommodations to and from the venue ahead of time. Please try to carpool if possible or pre-schedule Ubers/Lyfts ahead of time. Guests can keep their cars parked overnight if needed.
There will be a dirt lot in the back of the venue. Please note, should you have a few drinks, you can leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up in the morning.
The venue is very close to Harrah's in Valley Center. Additionally, Temecula is a great option that has plenty of hotels with a variety of price ranges available. Many friends and family will be staying in Temecula, which offers great opportunities for carpool.
