Yes, please relay on your RSVP if a special request is needed. If you have already RSVP'd, please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 4:15 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be complimentary valet at Great Oaks Country Club.

If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will appear when you RSVP online. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only the listed guests attend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Royal Park Hotel, providing transportation to and from Great Oaks Country Club. Shuttles will depart from the Royal Park Hotel at 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early, as the shuttle will depart promptly at the scheduled times. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will run continuously between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM, transporting guests from Great Oaks Country Club back to the Royal Park Hotel.
