WHAT DOES “BLACK TIE, BLUE ENCOURAGED” MEAN?
Answer
We are excited for our guests to help to be our “something blue”. We kindly suggest male guests to wear black or navy tuxedos and our female guests to wear blue attire (any shade, any pattern). Have fun with it! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask out guests to RSVP by April 1st.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we would love to celebrate with the littles in our life, these are adults only (21 and over) events. We ask that mom and dad get a sitter for the night! If you are not local to Charlotte and need help finding one, please reach out and we will be happy to provide you with some contacts of people we trust!

Can I bring a date or plus one?
Answer
Due to capacity limitations, we are only able to accommodate invited guests. If you have a plus one, "guest" or your guest's name will be indicated on your invitation. Upon RSVPing on our site, you will indicate your guest's name. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and we will be happy to explain more! Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the Ruth and surrounding businesses. We encourage our guests to use Uber or Lyft services if you will be partaking at the event :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. There is limited seating for our guests so we suggest arriving on time to ensure a seat.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, see our "travel" page to view our recommended hotels. We have reserved blocks however space is limited, therefore we recommend booking sooner rather than later!
