Guests should plan to wear western cocktail attire. (Think of wedding cocktail attire but with western elements/accessories) Ties are optional. Subtle patterns, bolo ties, cowboy hats, and cowboy boots encouraged! Please no jeans or t-shirts. Please refrain from wearing dark blue.
Due to the smaller size of the venue we cannot allow any plus ones. Children are not allowed to this event, the only children present will be our flower girls.
Garden at Violas is along highway 89A just 10 minutes south outside of Flagstaff. There is ample parking in the front parking lot with clear signs on where to turn in.
Guests are welcome to show up anytime after 4pm Guests are welcome to walk through the pumpkin patch connected to the venue until sunset Ceremony starts at 5:00pm Reception starts around 6pm Dinner is around 7pm Party till 10:30pm!

The venue is a mixture of both! Ceremony and dance floor will be held outside. Food and drinks will be served inside. For our smoking guests: no smoking inside, only at designated areas in the front parking lot
Usually weather in Flagstaff during October is around 70-75 degrees with little rainy days and around 50s at night. Arizona has quick changing weather and it does snow in this region of the state so always be prepared with an extra coat in the car!
We have made sure a large portion of our food is gluten free, There will be correct signs for food that is not gluten free. Beer/wine/liqour/non-alcoholic beverages will be catered by the venue Dinner will be made by Santis Catering Dessert will be catered by Honeycomb Bakery
