We're Getting Married!

We both met in April of 2023. Heather was working in Fort Worth on a travel assignment and Robbie was working at Finn Macool's Irish Pub. Heather had a Saturday night off with no plans and decided to take a drive around the city. Being from Massachusetts when she saw the Irish pub she just had to go in to get a taste of home. She sat down and ordered a drink from Robbie, he asked her if she wanted to start a tab she said yes and handed him her Patriots debit card. He took one look and said "Patriots huh" and being being the sassy girl she is she simply replied "yeah im from New England." Thinking he's going to make fun of the patriots since she is in cowboy country. He then asked what part and she said Massachusetts (again thinking he is going to say I've been to Boston), and he simply goes "have you ever heard of Scituate?" She was taken back because she grew up about twenty minutes away from this small beach town. She replied yes and the conversation went from there. Later in the evening he invited her to the bar's 20th anniversary party in a few weeks. She said yes with no intention of going to such party. Fast forward a few weeks later, on a night after work with the next day off she goes into this same bar to watch some playoff hockey. Both the Bruins and Stars were playing and won, and two different bar tenders convinced her to come to the party which was on Friday. Both the Bruins and Stars won and were playing on Friday, and your girl is superstitious. So after work that Friday she goes into the bar which is super busy with festivities. She sneaks in and gets a seat in front of the tv to watch some hockey and Robbie is behind the bar. He does a double take and simply states "you came back." She replies with yes and gets a drink. The rest of the night they continue chatting amongst the craziness going on at the bar. He offers to take her out around Fort Worth and she agrees, excited to see a new city and meet someone new. They exchange numbers and he walks her to her car and they hug and go their separate ways. A few weeks later and a few texts later he asks her out for a night out on the town. We hit it off and have been together ever since.
