Please avoid any shades of white, but otherwise, feel free to have fun with colors and patterns! We want you to feel fabulous! For Men: A suit or tuxedo (if you have one) is preferred. Please refrain from wearing white jackets, but all other colors are fair game. We hope you’ll enjoy getting dressed up for the occasion! As the Oregon Golf Club is a private country club, they have a standard dress code in place. Therefore, please note that shorts, t-shirts and jeans are not permitted. We can't wait to see everyone looking their best and ready to celebrate in style!
The greatest gift of all is having the chance to celebrate this special moment with you! However, if you feel inclined to give us a gift, we’ve carefully selected items for our registry that we’d truly appreciate. As we prepare to buy our first home together, many of these gifts will help us start this exciting new chapter in our lives. Since we currently live in San Diego, CA, and will be heading on our honeymoon shortly after the wedding, it will be a bit tricky to transport gifts back with us. We would be incredibly grateful if you could have any gifts shipped to Taylor's parents' home in Palm Desert, CA, before the wedding. Of course! Although, we want our night to be a big celebration and party, so if you are able to leave the kiddos at home, please do! If you do plan on bringing your kids, please make a note on the RSVP or reach out to the Mother of the Bride so we can be sure we have proper headcount.
If you are traveling from outside of Oregon, we suggest you fly into the Portland International Airport. Depending on how long you stay, there are plenty of options for rental cars. Otherwise, you can always request Ubers/Lyfts. The Oregon Golf Club is about a 30 minute drive from PDX. The Oregon Golf Club has plenty of parking, meaning there should be no issues. The roads leading up to the Golf Club are a bit windy though, so if you can please carpool or Uber/Lyft to stay safe!
