Question
So you said there is a welcome party, but what do I need to know?
Answer
We can't wait to kick-off the wedding festivities on Friday night, but there are some things you should know. TRANSPORTATION - Parking at the Common House is extremely limited. If you choose to drive, you may be in for a walk and will likely be putting your parallel parking skills to the test. Grabbing and Uber/Lyft is highly encouraged! LOCATION - This party is outdoors rain or shine! It will be covered, so don't fret getting wet. Please be come dress prepared for the weather. It will likely be chilly out. We will have space heaters and a fire pit! DRESS - Please come as you are! Feel free to dress as casual or dressy as you'd like. We are just excited to see you.

Let's talk transportation details!
Answer
Transportation to the venue is first come, first serve. The Shuttle to the Lookout Mountain Club will arrive at the Westin (801 Pine St, Chattanooga, TN 37402) at 3 PM and leaving promptly at 3:15. If you do not make the shuttle no fear! You can easily hop in an Uber\Lyft and make it to the venue no issue. You also have the option to leave your car at LMC and pick it up the next day. Getting an Uber or Lyft is encouraged for getting to the venue. Heading home, there will be two shuttles from the venue. The first one will leave at 9:00 PM and the second at 10:30 PM. Up to you to decide which one you would like to catch! These will be returning to the Westin.

Oh no, your wedding is the same day as my team's big game!! Will there be a way to watch the game?!

Although this wedding was planned around Syd's Georgia Bulldogs bye week, we know that isn't the case for everyone. There will definitely be a TV streaming your favorite team, and we will be right there cheering with you!

Will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding?

Getting to Lookout Mountain via Uber is not an issue, but getting an Uber from the venue is a different story. That being said, we want everyone to come and enjoy themselves! A shuttle will be provided from the venue to a central point in downtown Chattanooga. Guests are responsible for securing their own transportation to the ceremony/reception!

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! If you want to take your wardrobe up a notch, be our guest!
