Shuttle
Shuttle to Mad River Barn

There will be a shuttle running from the listed lodging options. They will be running for the welcome party, ceremony, and through the final hours of the after party. Parking at the venue is limited. Please use the shuttle or carpool if necessary. Welcome Party shuttle will run continuously starting at the White Horse Lodge at 6:15 then on to the other inns (Tucker Hill Inn, Hyde Away, Mad River Lodge) before reaching the Mad River Barn. The last shuttle will leave the Mad River Barn to return to the inns at 10:15. Wedding shuttle will leave from the White Horse Lodge at 2:00 and 2:15 then on the other inns (Tucker Hill Inn, Hyde Away, Mad River Lodge) before reaching the Mad River Barn at 2:45 and 3:00. There will only be two shuttles prior to the ceremony time. The shuttle will resume at 9:30 and run through the after party with the last shuttle leaving at 1:15.

Mad River Lodge
The Mad River Lodge is right down the street from our venue! The recently updated lodge has a variety of rooms available from the traditional queen room to three bedroom suites.
