The Secret Gardens speak for themselves - as soon as you enter the gates, you will be transported to an extremely lush and magical forest nestled amongst the coast. We want our wedding to feed into this enchanted feeling, and we are kindly encouraging our guests to be inspired by autumnal palettes and the natural setting. Think deep greens and blues, dark purples and burgundies, copper and neutrals.. Please dress semi formally or dress to the nines and be prepared with something to keep you warm as the party rolls into the night! There will be heaters and fire pits, but you will definitely need a jacket as we move into the night.

We will have a shuttle available for a handful of trips to the 3 closest hotels to the venue (The Inn at the Tides, The Bodega Bay Inn, The Bodega Bay Lodge) Please be mindful that there is no Uber or taxi service in the area, so you may need a designated driver or a plan to get home safely! We may be able to help with dropoff/pickup from Air Bnb's along the way (more information on this to come)

We are so grateful that you are choosing to invest the time and money to come celebrate in our favorite place- Bodega Bay. There are somewhat limited options that are quite close to the venue, so we do advise you to book your accommodations as soon as you can! We love the Inn at The Tides($$) and it is a great location for this venue! A more luxurious option is the Bodega Bay Lodge ($$$) if you are wanting to have an amazing getaway while you are in town. In walking distance of the venue is the smaller Bodega Bay Inn ($) There are also beautiful Air Bnbs in the area for groups of varying sizes, or you could utilize the gorgeous camping in the area! Please keep in mind the distance of AirBnBs in proximity to the venue, we will be organizing a shuttle from a central pickup (more information to follow)

There is a public parking lot in the marina near the venue, which will also have a shuttle running back and forth (less than five minute walk). We want to encourage carpooling or utilizing the shuttle we will have for the hotels nearby! See a parking map here: https://shorturl.at/c2uOb

We want to squeeze every last drop of fun out of our day, so we will begin our ceremony promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive to the venue at 2:30 to greet other guests, use the restroom, grab a libation and take your seat.

Ideally we would love for guests to arrive in the area on Friday 10/3 so that they can enjoy this beautiful place, and also have already checked into their hotel room before the day of the wedding. We have been told explicitly that neither the Bodega Bay Lodge or Inn at the Tides will be able to accommodate any early check in before the ceremony on 10/4.

Whether it's your hundredth time out here or your first, it is never a bad day to be on the bay. For out of town friends and family coming in early- Bring a picnic to a nearby beach, hike the cliffs at Bodega Head, take a beautiful short drive to Point Reyes for the perfect beach town afternoon, eat delicious food, enjoy the incredible October weather!
