When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by April 18th, 2026, to ensure we can accommodate everyone.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The bridal party will be wearing light green (you are more than welcome to wear light green as well, but we know some people do not like to match). Think a nice suit for men (tie optional) and below the knee dresses for women!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the venue at 4pm! The address is 12977 Fairway Dr, Truckee, CA 96161.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the wide variety of stay options and locations there will not be transportation to and from the ceremony. Uber and Lyft can be spotty, so we recommend coordinating a ride in advanced. The reception will end at 11pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking space at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Truckee, Lake Tahoe. Additionally, there are many beautiful Airbnb and VRBO's in the area if you want to stay in larger group or have additional amenities.
