The easiest way to get to Cooperstown is by car. If you are driving from New York City, the fastest way is via NY Route 17-N. The closest Amtrak station is at Albany, which is 74 miles from Cooperstown. There is a direct bus from the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City to Cooperstown as well. The trip takes approximately 5 hours. If you are flying in, the closest airports are Albany International Airport and Greater Binghamton Airport. Yes, there is parking right outside the venue. The ceremony and reception are within the same venue.
Yes! We will have a shuttle that will bring people from a central point in Cooperstown to the venue. The shuttle will make two runs, the first will start pick ups at 3:30 PM and the second will start at 4 PM. The pick up locations are as follows: 1) Holiday Inn Express, 4758 NY-28, Cooperstown, NY 13326 2) The Railroad Inn, 28 Railroad Ave, Cooperstown, NY 13326 3) The Inn at Cooperstown, 16 Chestnut St, Cooperstown, NY 13326 The shuttle will bring people back to the stops listed above starting at 9:30 PM.

Please wear whatever makes you festive and comfortable! The cocktail hour will be outdoors on a lawn, so do plan for that. It gets chilly upstate in the fall, so we would recommend bringing layers.
