We want to take any and all food restrictions or allergies into consideration while planning our menu. If you have any restrictions or preferences (vegan, vegetarian) please make sure to notate it in our RSVP section. Please be aware that we will not be able to accommodate special requests the day of.
Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:45pm. The Ceremony will Start at 4:00pm. Camping Arrival: If you’re camping and want to set up before the festivities, you’re welcome to arrive earlier. Signs will guide you to the camping area. We kindly ask that guests stay away from the ceremony and lake areas between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to give the wedding party privacy as they get ready.
For our special day we have decided to keep our wedding adults only (21 +) so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us.
Once the reception wraps up, join us for a bonfire after-party with games, snacks, and plenty more fun! On Sunday morning, we’ll be serving a relaxed lakeside brunch. If you plan to stay for the after-party, brunch, or both, please let us know through the RSVP page so we can get a rough headcount.
From Friday night through Sunday afternoon, we’ve rented Crystal Pond Park, giving everyone the option to stay over and camp! There will be a designated area with plenty of room for tents, as well as ample space for camper vans, buses, and RVs. If you have any questions about camping or logistics for the weekend, feel free to reach out to Maegan or Carlos—we’re happy to help!
We have reserved a room block at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Sturbridge, MA. It is about a 25 min drive from Crystal Pond Park. For more information and to book a room, visit the Travel page.
Yes, we will have transportation arranged for those staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Sturbridge. For those who may arrange alternative accommodations, please be aware that we will be in a very rural area and therefore rideshare availability may be limited. Yes—there is plenty of parking available near the ceremony and reception area. When you first enter the park, you’ll see a lot on the right, but please note that this area is not for wedding parking. Continue down the hill toward the lake and park anywhere outside the brown building. Signs will be posted to guide you.
We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
