Welcome to Our Forever!

Carlos and Liz first met in college at the University of South Florida while playing volleyball in April 2016. They were on the same team competing in a Greek organization event, where they won the tournament representing their respective organizations. They stayed in touch, and that summer became official on July 16th, 2016. Throughout the years, they both earned their undergraduate degrees, traveled, and started their career paths. Liz started her career in the healthcare insurance industry, and Carlos entered the finance industry while simultaneously embarking on his entrepreneurial journey. Liz moved to New York at the end of 2018 and came back to Tampa in January 2020 to start a new position at her current employer. In March 2020, during the pandemic, Liz and Carlos quarantined together for nearly a year in Liz's apartment and this was the beginning of their inseparable journey together. In 2021, they decided to invest in a property and in December 2021, they closed on their first home together, where they currently reside. Carlos proposed to Liz at Curtis Hixon Park, an extraordinary park to them, on October 6th, 2023. She said Yes! They are beyond excited to embark on this journey to holy matrimony and cannot wait to celebrate with you at their wedding ceremony and reception in November!
