We were mutual friends in high school, we met at a birthday party in 10th grade. We hung out from time to time with our large group of friends throughout highschool years. Fast forward to sophomore year of college, and we ran in to eachother on college campus. Carlos looked "too cool for school" with his sunglasses on and his "couldn't care less" attitude. We said hi and hugged and didn't think anything of it. A few months later we met with our friends to hang out again, and she couldn't help but think "wow, was Carlos always this attractive?". We exchanged a few texts that night and it led to hundreds of texts over the next few weeks. We were very flirty and it was clear that our humor was a perfect match as well. On February 8th of 2015, Carlos asked Jodi to be his girlfriend, and the rest was history.
