Is there an airport shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

No, the hotel is about 30-40mins from the airport you will need to Uber to and from the hotel to the airport. An uberX from the airport to the hotel is around 35$

When is the last day to book my hotel and get the group rate?

Answer

Rooms need to be booked by June 1st in order to receive the wedding party discount. You will not be charged for any rooms until checkout. We recommend you book ASAP!

Are kids younger than 18 allowed to come to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding reception will include an open bar and since we will be celebrating in such a beautiful setting (mountains and lake) we want to ensure parents enjoy a romantic evening and treat it as a night out where they will not have to worry about the safety of their children. We ask that all guests attending be at least 18 years or older.

Will there be WiFi at the wedding?

Answer

Service is minimal in the mountains. Take this as an opportunity to disconnect and reconnect with friends and family or meet someone new. We would like everyone to be present in the moment and enjoy this special occasion.

What is the dress attire for the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be semi formal. Note that the ceremony will be outside around sunset and the reception will be half inside half outside. Even though it’s summer the nights can somewhat get chilly in the mountains. We recommend you bring a light jacket for the night time.
