Are babies welcome?

Answer

Yes, the villa has accommodation for babies, but only if their names start with an L or a P. We can inquire with the car rental companies about car seats if necessary.

Where should I fly into?

Answer

Bologna Marconi (BLQ) is the largest airport in the area. There is a closer and much smaller airport in Forli but it has very limited flights.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We are hoping to get a full head count no later than March 31st.

What about food?

Answer

We will take care of all dinners and lunches which will be either delivered to the villa, or at a restaurant. For breakfast, we are hoping to hire both a Filipino and a Mexican mother that would potentially cook something for the squad. We will be going to the store prior to everyone's arrival to buy snacks, water, soda, etc. Please let us know if you have specific requests and we will get it!

What will we be doing and what is planned?

Answer

We are currently planning a day trip to Bologna, a wine tasting, and a game night at the villa. Considering everyone is taking the time and spending the money, please let me know if there is something you are dying to do and we can do it. Also, please feel free to make some of your own plans if you want! We can set up transfers or you can take on of the rented vehicles.
