The event kicks off at 10:00 AM with light refreshments. We recommend arriving by 10:00 AM to find a seat and get settled before the ceremony begins at 10:30 AM. The event concludes at 12:00 PM.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please RSVP “No” as soon as possible so we can plan our seating and refreshments accordingly.
Beach Chic! Think breezy and bright! We recommend sundresses, pastels, dressy rompers for women. For men, chinos or slacks paired with a button-down or polo shirt works great—no jackets required.
Yes! The entire ceremony will be held outdoors. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for that perfect October breeze, but you may want to bring sunglasses and a bit of sunscreen just in case. Our dinner will be held indoors.
At the ceremony, we will be hosting a light morning social! We’ll have a Boho Food Truck serving up fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, and light refreshments to enjoy while we celebrate. For dinner, we will meet at Tabla Indian Restraunt for a buffet style Indian meal. Expect to eat yummy foods like chicken tikka masala and butter chicken paired with naan bread, rice and sides!
While we love your children, we have decided to celebrate the first hour of our event child-free. Once the ceremony has concluded, children are more than welcome to join us for the rest of the celebration!
Children are welcome to stay in the venue’s dressing room until the ceremony has concluded. Once we’ve said our "I dos," they can head outside to join the party!
Since we are all traveling to a destination, we kindly recommend sending any physical gifts to our home residence via our online registry. We truly appreciate the love and are more than happy to receive cards and notes on the day of the wedding!
Due to the intimate nature of our venue, we can only accommodate a select few. Please reach out as soon as possible to mention and have your plus one approved!
There is plenty of free parking available right at the venue.
There is no shuttle service provided between the hotels and the venue. We recommend driving or using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.
We’d love for you to be fully present with us during our unplugged ceremony. We ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away until the ceremony is over—after that, feel free to snap and share as many photos as you'd like!
