When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 1, 2024 so we can get a finalized count to all of our vendors!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire. Keep in mind this is an all outdoor venue so you may want a light jacket for the evening. For women wearing heels, the venue is mainly grass, we suggest getting heel stoppers for grass (tons on amazon). Please no white attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a designated parking area at the venue. However, due to limited space and the far drive for most guests, please consider car pooling. If you plan on drinking please plan ahead and have a designated driver.

Open bar?

Answer

Our reception will have an open bar, please consider bringing cash to tip the bartender! We ask that everyone has a pre-planned designated driver. The last 20 minutes of the drive up to the venue is going through backroads that are very windy and will be dark at night. We want everyone to make it home safely!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The venue is far drive for some of our guests. There are multiple different hotels in Woodland, WA that would be great for an overnight stay! Best Western Woodland Inn is directly off the freeway and 20 minutes from the venue. Also you can check out some houses on airbnb if you are travelling with a bigger party! Both will be linked under the "travel" tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will be starting the ceremony promptly at 4:00pm, therefore we ask that you arrive to the venue at 3:30 to find parking & seating.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one it will appear on your invite. If you have any questions please reach out to us!
