Rental Car
The villa is about a 30-minute drive from the airport. While there is public transportation available, it takes around 2 hours and may not be the most convenient option. To make your trip as smooth as possible, we highly recommend renting a car. It'll give you more flexibility to explore the area and get to the venue with ease! There are several major companies to choose from (Hertz, Budget, Enterprise, and more). No special license is required to drive in Portugal, but consider requesting an automatic if you need it as manual cars are more common! Please carpool if/when you can! We would like to try and avoid car Jenga every time someone needs to leave the Villa.
Hotel
We’ve rented a gorgeous villa in Portugal for the entire wedding week, and we’d love for you to stay there with us! It has plenty of rooms and shared spaces for everyone to relax, swim, and enjoy time together. To cover the cost of accommodations, we’re asking $250 per person to stay in the villa for the week (see FAQ's page for more info). We can’t wait to spend the week eating, laughing, and making memories with you under one roof!
