Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, RSVP as soon as possible. Our deadline is August 20, 2025. If you cannot make it to our celebration please still respond as we will need to give final guest counts to vendors.

Can I Bring a Plus One?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who we have formally invited. We have included names of all invited on our formal invitations. We ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Are Children Welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is an adult-only event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Guests may start arriving as early as 4:30pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, so please arrive no later than 4:45pm to be seated. Once ceremony has begun you will not be granted entrance until cocktail hour has started as to not disturb ceremony vows.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner reception will be indoors.

Is the ceremony and reception at different locations?

Our ceremony and reception will take place all at one location.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. Examples: Dresses, pantsuits, slacks, button ups, ties, dress shoes, loafers, heels, etc. Suits are welcomed but not required. Please no jeans or sneakers. Ceremony is at 5pm, so weather should be more cooled down. Please keep in mind sunset will not be until 7pm. During September Los Alamos averages a high temperature of mid-70's. Ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors and dinner/reception will be indoors.

Can I take pictures or videos?
Answer
We ask that during the ceremony all phones/devices be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment in photos & videos for us. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos or videos as you would like!
Question
Will there be parking onsite?
Answer
Yes, there will be free parking available in the back of the venue. There will also be free street parking available in front of the building. But front entrance of building will be closed. We recommend parking behind the venue as the entrance to the ceremony will be easily accessible to you. Ceremony will take place on their back garden patio.
