What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:45pm-4:15pm. Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No plus ones unless stated on invitation! You will be checked in when you arrive.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we LOVE kids unfortunately due to us having to cut down on the guest list kids are not welcome. If you are traveling and need child care please reach out as we have some great recommendations!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire and feel free to add in some 70's Glam!!

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour we will have light bites, a gourmet sweet treat from Haute Sugar, an open bar by Sidecar Cocktail Co. as well as non-Alcohol options. Reception will be Catered by Phil's Catering

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please let us know at least 4 weeks prior so we can let our catering company know.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Having you present is our present but if you wish to gift we are registered at Target & Honeyfund! Please see our registry page. We will also have a Honeymoon Venmo QR that you can scan at the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a huge public parking garage located down the street from the venue. It's about a 5 minute walk to The Penny! There is also street parking but it is all paid by parking meter.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the venue. The venue is located in downtown San Luis Opispo with many parking options. Ubers & Lyfts are available as well. Please make sure you have a safe ride home from the venue!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and dancing will be outdoors and Dinner will be indoors. It can get chilly at night in San Luis Obispo so please dress accordingly.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We have decided to have an Unplugged ceremony BUT we will be having a "Social Media Minute" where you can take all the pictures you want and then after phones away!! We have an amazing photographer & videoagrapher. We promise to share our ceremony photos/videos after the wedding! Thank you for understanding and respecting our wishes. Feel free to capture all the love during cocktail hour & reception. #livinlavidalokov
