Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP link in the Search Bar!

Question

What Do I Need to RSVP For?

Answer

Please ensure you RSVP for the wedding, as well as the Friday night Welcome Party! We have cancelled the party busses to St. Pete, and will be extending the Welcome Party with pizza, open bar, and games!

Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than February 8th! If you fail to RSVP before then, we will have to assume that you politely decline. In that case, you'll be missed, and the FOMO is on you!

Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed [Your Name] + [Guest] if a plus one has been given to you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony on Sunday?

Answer

I know Mike & Kate are historically late, but on this day, the Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm. Please plan on arriving at the ceremony space no later than 4:30pm!

Question

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will have a formal dress code (think "Formal Garden Party"), and we'd love to see you dress up! For men, a suit, tuxedo, or even a Searsucker suit would be perfect. For women, floor length or mid-length dresses are recommended. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the elegance of the occasion. The bridal party and wedding colors are Pistachio Green! Please avoid hues of white. Please note that we are having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, and the reception will take place indoors.

Question

Is There an Open Bar?

Answer

We are delighted to share that there will be an Open Bar for a portion of the Welcome Party on Friday evening, as well as throughout the entire wedding day on Sunday. On Sunday, Open Bar will begin at Cocktail Hour and continue until 12am. From 12am-2am, there will be a Cash Bar for the Afterparty so please plan accordingly! We can't wait to party with you!

Question

What Day Should I Arrive?

Answer

We'd love everyone to plan on arriving in Florida on the morning of Friday, March 6th, so you can participate in all three days of events!

Question

Do We Have to Stay at Innisbrook?

Answer

You are welcome to stay anywhere you please! St. Pete, Tampa, and Clearwater are all within a 45 minute drive from the venue, and have lots of hotels and things to do! However, all of the wedding festivities will be held at Innisbrook, so it would be most convenient to book your stay there!

Question

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

While we adore all of the little ones in our lives, we have opted for an adults-only celebration to ensure that everyone can fully relax and enjoy the festivities. We hope you understand our decision, and we look forward to celebrating our special day with you!

Question

Transportation details:

Answer

Innisbrook is huge - 9,000 acres to be exact - so as you can imagine, many of the amenities are very spaced out. To accommodate this, there are shuttles that will transport you around the venue. Trams can be called by either dialing “0” on any guestroom phone or dialing 727-942-2000 & press “7” to get to guest services and they will call you a tram.

Question

How do I book a tee time?

Answer

You can book a tee time on the Innisbrook website. We recommend booking well ahead, as times fill up. Mike has one already reserved, so if you would like to try and coordinate with him please text him at 607.316.6517!
