What is the dress code?

Answer

While the wedding party will be in formal dresses and tuxes, this event is semi-formal. We ask that you dress to impress, while still being comfortable, because we want you on the dance floor with us! Whatever you choose to wear, we are sure will be great. Suggestions: Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dark jacket, slacks, and a tie. Notes: Due to the venue landscaping, we highly recommend that you do not wear stilettos or thin heels as they may sink into the grass or get stuck in the cobblestone.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. However, we ask that if you are planning to celebrate heavily with us, that you use rideshare or arrange a ride.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The groom's family will be hosting a Welcome Dinner, the night before and the bride's family will be hosting a Farewell Breakfast the morning after. There will also be an after party at the hotel following the ceremony.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to guest count and venue restrictions, children are not invited to the wedding.

Are children invited to the welcome dinner?

Answer

Yes! Since they are not able to attend the wedding, we would love to see and celebrate with them at the welcome dinner.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.

Hotels and AirBNB?

Answer

The wedding party and family will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Phoenix Downtown. There are other hotels and AirBNBs near by also - please check the travel page for more information and discounted links.
