Even though we’re technically first cousins by blood, we grew up being the brothers we never had. With Carlo being four years older than me, he indoctrinated me with all the required older brother traditions. Teaching me how to fight, not being terrified of talking to girls, and most importantly how to be cool. You might think you’re cool, but no one will ever be as cool as 16 year old Carlo picking me up in a silver Mustang, with rap music blaring, and a popped collar Hollister shirt. It’s hard to believe that was almost 15 years ago now but I couldn’t be more excited for him to enter into this next stage of his life with an absolutely amazing woman. Can’t wait to see you both!!

I met Sammy when her and I first started working at Bar Louie. I had known her name before that because I cheered at Rochester Adams and she cheered at Stoney Creek. She was always the beautiful platinum blonde right in the front- you couldn't miss her. After working with her at Bar Louie, we quickly became friends and soon after we were welcoming her beautiful little Charlotte into the world. Watching her be a mom to her little girl has been so amazing! She's one of the strongest people I know, she deserves nothing but the best and seeing her and Carlo together makes me so happy! I am so blessed to be standing by her side. I love you both so much!! ❤️

I met Carlo 12 years ago in Atlanta. We played hockey together for two years and lived together for one of them. We have a lot of good memories together, but unfortunately about 99% of them are too inappropriate to share on here 😘 We have since retired, but once belonged in a boy band called the Dilbert Lito Trio featuring Carlo, Dylan "ski slope" and myself. If you guys are lucky enough, we may perform one of our hit singles for you as both Dylan and I are standing up. I’m privileged and honored to be apart of Sammy and Carlos wedding and wish them nothing but the best. They also wouldn’t be getting married if it wasn’t for me. I am married to Sammy’s older sister Nikki, and I am also the sole reason Carlo and Sammy know each other because I set them up so you’re welcome. Love you guys!

I met Carlo back in 2008 when he moved to Atlanta to play hockey for the Knights. He walked into the locker room with his slicked back hair, wearing a wife beater and diamond earrings. Being a southern boy, I thought to myself, where did this Guido come from? I would have never thought how close of friends we would become. As the years passed and after many beers and pulls of Evan Williams, The Dillbert-Lito Trio was formed with a bond that can never be broken. Can’t wait to celebrate with you and Sammy! Love you bro!

I have known of Sammy since middle school, though we didn’t become close until much later in life. Sammy reached out to me 8 years ago - young expecting mother to young new mother - and since that day we just clicked. She became my person. We grew together in our motherhood journey, through love and loss, and through all that life has had to offer. It has been such a pleasure watching her blossom into the woman and mother that she is. Now seeing her live out her beautiful love story, and knowing all she has overcome, I could not be more proud, happy, or excited for her, Charlotte, and Carlo. Distance may physically separate us, but our hearts are forever linked.

What can I say about Carlo, Carlos, Olrac... it’s been a hell of a ride buddy! From Atlanta, GA to Potsdam, NY, so many great memories.  When you flew into Atlanta I couldn’t have foreseen us becoming the best friends that we are... so many great times, from dominating games with Kerr and winning the Keegan Cup, to partying with a couple NFL guys down the street.. And then to start our college careers together in no-mans-land New York being known as the “twins” and setting that town on fire,  for it all to come full circle in the end and to coach little 12 year olds together.. I got to meet Sam and Charlotte in such a unique way and couldn’t be happier for yall ( insert mama bear voice). Love ya buddy and wishing you nothing but the best

What can I say about the man the myth the legend that is Carlo Ahee. I met this man in College at SUNY Potsdam where we played a little puck action. Looking like a “thug” with that tank top, tats, and ear rings. Never knew that we were destined to become pseudo roomies, PICs, and brothers. No matter where we are in our lives or however many years we spend apart, we never miss a beat and keep up like we hangout with one another every day. To me that’s how you know you are true friends. I did not know when the day would come for either of us but who knew we would find our soulmates. I am so happy for you my guy and wish nothing but the very best for you and Sammy.
