When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We have a hard RSVP date on 8/19/26 as the venue needs a final count. Guests cannot be added after August 19th, 2026.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, if indicated on your invitation. If you have questions, please contact the couple.

Can I bring a date?

If indicated by name on the invitation, yes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The Lodge has a main parking lot and additional side lot that you are welcome to use. We will walk from the ceremony to reception site. Please notify a staff member if you require assistance moving between the sites.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Fingers crossed for good weather! Ceremony is outside and Reception is under a tent. Please keep this in mind when selecting footwear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45. We will begin promptly at 4pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, there should be an option to add this when RSVPing for the Welcome Dinner and Reception. Please email or text us if you're not sure how to write this.

What is the weather like?
Answer
Weather in Stowe can be unpredictable, but it’s fairly comfortable in September. Expect the temp to be 60-70's during the day and drop into the 50-60's at night. Please plan accordingly.
