Both the ceremony & reception will be at the beautiful Maples Estate! 238 Schoharie Hill Rd, Schoharie, NY 12157 Depending on where you live, your travel might look like... From Saratoga: ~1+ hour From Westchester / NYC: ~3+ hours From Long Island: ~4+ hours

Handicap accessible?

Yes! Our venue is handicap accessible. There will also be golf cart “shuttling” available to anyone who needs a little help getting around the property.

If you are staying at Howe Cavern Motel or the Ramada, please see "Schedule" tab for shuttle bus information. If you are staying elsewhere, please arrive by 3:50.

Bus shuttle service to and from the venue will be provided at the Ramada & Howe Caverns Motel. Since Uber is not currently prevalent in the area, we recommend scheduling an Uber in advance if you are staying at an Airbnb / inn / otherwise.

Garden party / cocktail attire, please! Think florals or prints, summer colors, and shoes suitable for walking on grass.
