Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Garden party attire dressy casual look that feels appropriate for an outdoor garden. Think daytime elegance with a touch of playfulness. Light materials, floral prints, and soft pastels reign supreme. Guys, feel free to wear nice shorts.

We look forward to welcoming all the out of towners and family with light bites and welcome drinks to kick off the weekend. This wont be enough for dinner, please feel free to make a dinner resy for after. *If you can, walking will be the easiest access. There is some street parking and a few parking spots for drop off. The location IS NOT ADA friendly, there are stairs to enter unless dropped off. Please call Carlie if you have questions or concerns about getting here.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Semi-Formal - The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be in the sun, dinner in the shade. All most all is grass, please keep this in mind when considering shoes.

3:45 Guest Arrival by Shuttle unless provided a parking spot 4:00 PM–4:30 PM Ceremony 4:30 PM–5:30 PM Cocktail Hour 6:00 PM–10:00 PM Reception 10-..... After Party at Whiskey Tango * Dinner will have Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options.

Brunch

11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Casual!

We have decided to make this more of a casual option if people would like. We do not have the space rented, it is first come first service and can fit over 100ppl. Ryan and I will chill here from 11-3pm for people to come in and out as they want. Please feel free to come and go as you please, for most this is vacay time and we want you all to have fun checking out Hood River. After 3pm Ryan and I will most likely be crashing other reservations, so please txt us with what y'all are up to! HIGHLY recommend you make reservations if the place you are visiting allows, some do not.
