We listed some hotel recommendations under the travel section on this website, but for the best experience we strongly recommend staying at The Scottsdale Resort and Spa. It is right across the road from the reception venue, and close to Old Town Scottsdale. The bride and groom will be staying here, and we would love for you to stay here with us. We reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate and information on booking rooms can be found under the "travel" tab on this website.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an event exclusively for adults.
In order to keep our celebration intimate, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on the formal invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!
We'd love for you to dress up with us! The dress code is formal attire.
Yes! Brophy Chapel and McCormick Ranch Golf Club will both have plenty of free parking. You are also welcome to park at The Scottsdale Resort and Spa. Their parking rates are as follows: Self Parking: 0-6 hours: $10 + tax 6-12 hours: $15 + tax. 12+/Overnight: $25 + tax Valet Parking: 0-12 hours: $15 + tax 12+/Overnight: $35 + tax Transportation will be provided from The Scottsdale Resort and Spa to McCormick Ranch for the cocktail hour and reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. However, space on the shuttle is limited. McCormick Ranch Golf Club is a quick 5 minute walk from The Scottsdale Resort and Spa and the weather is beautiful in November! Uber, Lyft, and Waymo are also available in the area.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony in order to preserve the sanctity and reverence of the Mass. You are welcome to take photos before & after the ceremony and at the cocktail hour and reception!
The welcome party on Friday will be outdoors. The ceremony on Saturday will be inside the chapel. Cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be held indoors at the pavillion.
