What time should I get there?

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive by 3:45pm. The event will end by 10:00pm.

Questions about Venue and Reception

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors and then the reception is indoors at the Hilltop Restaurant and Bar. This is all within the De Bell Golf Course, within a few feet from each other. Parking is free in the lot next to the golf course. If lot is full, free street parking is available. There is an elevator to get up to the second floor or stairs. Elevator is located near the golf supply store on ground level. There will be one vegan option only for the 2 designated vegan guests. There will be a vegetarian option and two meat options. Buffet style allows for a gluten-free option as well. There will be a dessert table for those who prefer something other than cake. Soda and lemonade will be provided at the event. Champagne or Apple Cider will be options for the toast.

Please come hungry. We cannot take any "hot" food home and so please feel free to get as many servings as your heart desires. It's a judgement free zone.
