I slid into Adam's DM's on Instagram and Adam ended up asking me to go to his "law school prom" called Barristers Ball, which was just a week after we had started talking. I showed up on Adam's apartment doorstep in Topeka, Kansas that Saturday not knowing what I was getting myself in to. The night started with meeting his friends and turned into an amazing night at the Ball and ended with a kiss. The rest was history from there! :)

We love to get yearly season ski passes to Breckenridge, Colorado. We have traveled there several times since we have known each other and it holds a special place in our hearts. On a spring break ski trip in downtown Breckenridge, our friends and us stopped to take some pictures on a bridge before dinner. During the picture, Adam got down on one knee and proposed! Of course I said YES! Breckenridge will always hold a special place in our hearts because of this special moment!
