For out-of-town guests, we recommend two convenient lodging options near our wedding venue in Skamania, WA: the Skamania Lodge and the Best Western. If you prefer more urban amenities, Vancouver, WA is just a 40-minute drive from the venue and offers numerous accommodations and activities for those planning an extended stay.

Our wedding is a formal celebration. We kindly request that guests wear floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should plan to wear suits.

Yes! Our dinner will feature a pasta buffet with five delectable pasta options, accompanied by fresh rolls and a crisp side salad. What will the weather be like?

In August, Skamania, WA typically experiences daytime highs around 80 degrees and evening lows near 57 degrees. Since our wedding venue is nestled on a hillside in the gorge, temperatures can shift quickly and evening breezes might feel cool. We recommend bringing a light jacket or scarf to stay comfortable. While we're hoping for perfect weather, nature can be unpredictable – so join us in wishing for a stunning day!

To preserve the intimacy and atmosphere of our celebration, we kindly request an adults-only wedding. We ask that only the guests specifically named on your invitation attend, including any designated plus-ones.

Where should I park?

Answer

Our guests will find convenient parking in the spacious gravel lot located below the venue. Please note that accessing the venue requires walking up a gently sloping gravel path. To ensure accessibility for all, we kindly request that the limited parking spaces near the venue be reserved for guests with mobility challenges and quick drop-offs.
