Travel Time in Southern California

As you prepare to join us in Carlsbad, please be aware that traffic conditions can vary, especially during peak hours. Because it is a Friday wedding, please be aware of potential traffic delays to ensure you arrive comfortably and on time.

Carlsbad by the Sea Hotel

The wedding venue is conveniently connected to the Carlsbad By The Sea Hotel. Check out their amenities and proximity to local attractions. Please note: there is a daily resort fee of $12, which includes parking, Wi-fi, and beach gear upon availability. Booking Directions: To receive the special group block rate, you must book within the group block link at least 21 days prior to arrival. Room block is available for both Thursday, 02.19.26, and Friday, 02.20.26 (checking out on Saturday, February 21st). Follow the group block link provided. When choosing the date, change the year to 2026, then select February. Where it asks if you have a group code, enter our group code, "Siegfried/Clifford Wedding," and indicate which nights you would like to book and the room type. With our special rate, all rooms will be discounted at $140 plus taxes and fees. While check-in is at 4:00 pm, the hotel will can check you in earlier as rooms become available. If you have any trouble with rooms not showing, please let me know - I may need to add rooms to the room block. I can also help with any booking.
