What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please don’t wear white or off-white.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Currently the weather for October 8th is looking like a high in the low 60s and a low in the 40s. The venue does provide heaters if needed.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, but covered. The ground will be a hard surface.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free parking on site.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block with River City Casino + Hotel. You can see the information under the "Travel" section

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us
