4:30 pm - 5:30 pm : Guest Arrival & Cocktail Hour 5:30 pm : All Guests Seated 5:45 pm : Grand entrance 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm : Dinner Service 7:00pm - 7:30pm : Cake cutting and dessert 7:30 pm - 11:00 pm : Party time
