FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 8th so we can finalize details with our vendors. We kindly ask that you respond as soon as possible!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional. We encourage our guests to dress in a style that reflects the elegance of our celebration — think formal gowns, tuxedos, or dark suits.

Question

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

All wedding events will take place at: Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh 620 William Penn Place Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Question

Is this an adults-only wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our celebration is an adults-only event. We hope you'll use the night as a chance to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco under "The Belsterling-Martin Wedding." Please book by July 31st to take advantage of our room block. Visit our 'Accommodations' page for more information.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There are paid parking garages near the Kimpton Hotel Monaco. Valet parking (with in-and-out privileges) is also available at the hotel, though it will not be hosted. We recommend ridesharing (Uber/Lyft) if possible for a stress-free evening!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for seating and to enjoy a glass of champagne.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors. Pending weather, cocktail hour will be outside on the rooftop. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone! Due to venue capacity, we're only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation — thank you so much for understanding and celebrating with us!

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No need to worry — just let us know when you RSVP and we'll make sure our caterer is informed so you're well fed and happy!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means no phones or cameras during this time. It would mean so much to us to look out and see your faces instead of screens as we say “I do.” Don’t worry—our photographer will capture it all for you to enjoy later!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to give something, we are so grateful! We are registered at multiple stores — you can find more information on the 'Registries' page.
