What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code “backyard best” or cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses or even a nice sundress, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants/shorts. Just be comfortable at the end of the day!!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there is an open beer tap wall as well as wine/ciders and frozen drinks. There will be no liquor served at the wedding venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Beer taps open at 4 PM, 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Get a drink, mingle, and get ready for I Do’s!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Sweet Water Golf Course.

What happens if it rains?

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes PLEASE! We encourage you to take photos and share them on social media! Please use our wedding hashtag #fateoneighteight so we can see all your wonderful pictures. There will also be QR codes to a shared album!
