We’ve reserved a room block here for our wedding weekend to make things easy for our guests! You can book your room using the reservation link provided. If you’d prefer to make a reservation by phone, you can call the hotel at 925-243-1000 or the central reservation line at 1-800-321-2211 and mention the “Carley & Michael Wedding” to receive our discounted group rate. If you plan on staying at the hotel, we recommend booking your room sooner rather than later. There are several venues in the area, and rooms can fill up quickly—we want to make sure everyone who wants a room is able to get one! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Shuttle

Shuttle from hotel to wedding venue

October 24, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

For guests staying at the hotel, we’ll have a shuttle available to take you to the venue. The shuttle is scheduled to depart from the hotel at 3:30 PM and will bring guests directly to the wedding. Please note that timing is subject to change. There will be one shuttle departure, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time if you plan to ride with us. At the end of the evening, a return shuttle is scheduled to pick guests up from the venue at 10:00 PM and bring everyone back to the hotel (also subject to change). For those who aren’t ready for the night to end, we’ll be keeping the celebration going at the hotel bar afterward—we’d love for you to join us for a drink!

Venue Parking Information

For guests who prefer not to use the shuttle, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue. We kindly encourage everyone to plan ahead and drive responsibly.
