Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We would like you to RSVP no later than January 15th. We will be finalizing our guest count for our vendors at the very beginning of February and need to give them a final guest count.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Under the RSVP tab please submit one per household and enter how many people from the household will be attending.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Answer

Please reach out if you want a plus one and we will let you know if we have the availability.

What will parking be like?

Answer

There will be signs located out front to guide you to the field next door to where the wedding will take place.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM and we would like everyone to be seated by 3:45 PM. Please keep in mind we will not allow people to walk in if the ceremony has already started.

Is there assigned seating at the ceremony?

Answer

There will be wooden benches that will be reserved seating and those people will be notified before hand and the rest of the guest can pick a seat in any of the white chairs.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be hosted outside. We do recommend bringing a jacket as it will get cooler in the evening, we will have some heaters placed around the reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The theme of the wedding will be western so for men a nice pair of jeans and a button-up and for the ladies a nice dress or blouse with nice jeans, so we hope you break out your cowboy hats and boots to bring our western vibes full circle.
