God's hand was guiding our story since the very beginning. The Lord called me to North Carolina over two years ago; I didn't know why God was calling me to make such a big leap of faith, moving away from all of my friends and family, but I just knew it was His voice leading me there. Shortly after I moved, through the power of technology, I met Kain. We went on our first date to the driving range, where I showed him up of course. From our first time meeting, we both felt a peace and certainty that this was something very different than we had experienced before. We knew we had found the one we had both been praying for our whole lives. We were inseparable ever since that first date. So, we praise God each and every day for His plan that was so much greater than what we could ever imagine. I hope that our love story is a reminder to you, that when God calls you to take a leap of faith... do it. Do it even if you are scared; you never know the ways in which God is working behind the scenes. We are so excited to step into this new season of marriage with God as our strength and our firm foundation. - Carley Little did I know that attending five different schools in five years would lead me to my greatest blessing. God guided me to Charlotte, and though I didn’t understand His plan at the time, He was preparing the way for me to meet my soulmate, Carley. While I was at UNCC and she was still in Florida, our paths hadn’t yet crossed but in God’s perfect timing, He brought her to Charlotte. From our very first date, I knew she was the one and that this was the reason God had me here. Through every change and season of uncertainty, I learned to trust God and His timing. Now I can see that every step led me to the most beautiful, kind, God-fearing, and loving woman I could ever hope for. From the start, our morals, faith, and love for Christ aligned. The Lord taught me that when you trust Him fully, He blesses you in ways beyond what you could imagine. After years of uncertainty and waiting, God blessed me with my person and I can’t wait to see what He has in store for us in this next season of life. - Kain
