Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! If you're staying at one of our recommended hotels, we will have a 55-passenger bus that will begin pickup for the ceremony at the Doubletree at 3:45. It will then move to the Perry. The bus will begin taking people back to the hotels every 30 minutes beginning at 9pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot just in front of the venue for event parking. Please keep in mind that you cannot park at the venue overnight. If you plan on having any alcoholic beverages, we request that you leave your car at your hotel and use our transportation buses provided.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

Please enter at the main gate which is directly off of Immokalee Rd. If you put "The Quarry Guardhouse" into your GPS, it should bring you to the correct place.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Kinda! Think dressy-beachy casual - long or short dresses, sundresses, collared shirts, button up shirts, and/or khakis are all options. If you want to dress up more, feel free! We're going for a fun, beachy vibe and we want you to be comfortable in what you're in. Don't forget - although we will have indoor and outdoor seating available, it will be hot! Southwest Florida typically ranges from 80's the to 90's in mid-May.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yep! Children have been included on the formal invitations if you'd like them to join. We realize that many of you will be travelling across states, and we want you to be able to enjoy the trip with your whole family. If you do decide to bring your children, please be sure to include them on the RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP there will be an area to specify if you have a food allergy or intolerance. Our venue caterers will ensure your request is fulfilled and align your request with your specified seat at dinner.

Are the ceremony and reception at different locations?

Answer

Nope! Everything will be held at the Quarry Beach Club.
