It all started with a mutual friend. This mutual friend ditched me for the night and decided to spend time with Garrett instead. I proceeded to send this friend a picture of my pizza that he was missing out on and he replied with a picture of Garrett. I immediately was like "Who is that?!" I knew I had to meet him. I met them out at our local Wyoming County bar and that's when we first met. A few beers, a couple hours of mario cart, and that's all it took.

It didn't take long after we first met for Garrett to ask to take me on a date. We met at BarBill Tavern in East Aurora, yes, I was late and if you haven't been there, go! They have the best chicken wings! Garrett and I instantly hit it off- he accepted my feisty personality and he gave it right back. After we ate dinner, Garrett proceeded to take me to tops and buy mango sorbet and we stole two spoons from the deli. We went back to the BarBill parking lot and ate that mango sorbet in his truck. We just sat and talked for hours in that little parking lot. I instantly knew that I was going to marry him, he just was the one.
