Arrival Shuttle Pickup Window: 2:30–2:45 PM Please be ready and waiting during the pickup window. Shuttles will depart promptly to ensure on-time arrival before our 4:00 PM ceremony. Return Shuttles Shuttles will transport guests back to the hotels at the following times: Return #1: 9:30 PM (one shuttle) Return #2: 11:00 PM (two shuttles) If you plan to stay until the end of the reception (11:00 PM), please plan to board the 11:00 PM shuttle. What if I miss the shuttle? If you miss the 2:30–2:45 PM departure window, you will need to arrange alternate transportation to the venue.
