Family & Friends, Many of you know our story and for those who don’t, here’s a little journey down the aisle of #LoveJones. Torrell says we first crossed paths around 2013/2014 during our college years while having a dear mutual friend. Carleisha says it wasn’t until 2015 at the police academy. Either way, we both agree that the academy is where we truly met and introduced ourselves for real. Fast forward to 2017, we ran into each other again while working, duty called, and so did fate. Then in 2019, Carleisha started a new job, not knowing the person assigned to train her for the next four weeks would be… yep, you guessed it Torrell. What started as a "I know you" to a professional connection later grew into something more. Torrell, being smooth as always, when he decided to “keep an eye” on Carleisha to make sure she was adjusting well weeks after training was over. But let's be honest, he just wanted an excuse to stay in touch. But before we knew it, he invited her on an outing with his best friend (who just so happens to be The Best Man). The vibe was undeniable. As time went on, so did we. Life brought its ups and downs, and for a while, the timing just wasn’t right. But through the years, the connection never faded. Then came 2023. Only God. Only God could align our hearts at just the right time. Since then, we’ve been on this journey of love, growth, and purpose together. And now?
