What is the dress code for the event?
Answer
Guests are invited to wear polished, elegant attire suited for an outdoor garden celebration. The dress code is garden party formal—elevated and sophisticated with a light, romantic feel. Women may wear floor-length gowns or refined cocktail dresses in breathable fabrics, with florals, soft colors, and tasteful accessories encouraged. Grass-friendly heels, wedges, or elegant flats are recommended. Men may wear suits or tuxes in classic or lighter tones, or a tailored button-up shirt with dress pants, styled with a blazer or tie. Lightweight fabrics are ideal for comfort while maintaining a formal look.

Are kids welcome?

Our wedding day will not include children, with some exceptions. If your children are included as listed guests in your invitation, they are welcome to attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Event parking is available in the parking lot at 1408 Congress Avenue; on-street parking is located on Algoma Boulevard and surrounding streets Congress or Elmwood Avenue. Handicap accessible parking and parking for guests with mobility impairments is located in the parking lot on the north side of the mansion, off Algoma Boulevard.
