What does the suggested contribution cover?

Answer

This is an estimate, but anything you can manage is appreciated!! While we’ve covered accommodations for 3 nights, the suggested amount ($400 per person) will help cover some group meals, drinks, airport transportation, a group excursion, and staff tips.

How should we plan for meals?

Answer

Daily breakfast is included for everyone in the villas (we may arrange a group breakfast but it’s flexible). The Friday boat excursion includes mid-afternoon lunch. We will also be hosting a celebratory group dinner onsite on Saturday. Beyond this, it will be “choose your own adventure” for meals (mostly lunches or snacks). There is an onsite chef you can hire to cook meals at your villa, but we’ll also be steps away from many restaurants and bars in Tulum!

Are drinks included?

While drinks are not all-inclusive, they will be provided at the happy hour, group dinner, and boat excursion. We’ll also be able to purchase drinks at nearby stores/bars/restaurants, and we encourage everyone to pick up anything they’d like to drink at Duty Free once they land ;)

What’s the dress code?

Answer

No dress code! Whatever the hell you want <3 The schedule includes more guidance if helpful, but we ultimately want everyone to be comfortable - so feel free to dress up as much or little as feels right. Linen, dresses, shorts, etc - all is ok!

Which villa am I staying in?

Answer

Aldea Canzul is comprised of 4 small beachfront villas; we also have a few rooms at a hotel next door. We’ve organized room assignments for everyone with couples and friends who know each other in consideration - we’ll let ya know where you’re staying! Please text us if you have any questions/concerns.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at noon.

Can I extend my stay?

Answer

Of course! While the villas are covered for 3 nights (Nov 6-9), feel free to adjust your stay in Mexico on either end as much as you’d like.
