No! You’re welcome to stay wherever you’d like. We’ve provided these options simply because they offer discounted rates and convenient locations.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the ceremony and reception. Transportation will be provided for the bridal party and immediate family from Cairnwood Estate to the ceremony and back to the reception venue. At the conclusion of the reception, transportation will be available back to Parxview Hotel for guests staying there or who would like to use the shuttle service. We encourage everyone to plan ahead and travel safely throughout the day.
Parxview Hotel is approximately 15–20 minutes from both the ceremony and reception venues. Homewood Suites by Hilton Horsham Willow Grove is approximately 15 minutes from Immaculate Conception Church and 10–15 minutes from Cairnwood Estate, depending on traffic.
Yes, complimentary parking is available at both the church and reception venue.
Our wedding will be Black-Tie Optional. We invite guests to wear formal attire, such as tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen and floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for ladies.
We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.
