We will not be setting aside room blocks, so you can make this Vegas vacation work best for you at whichever hotel you find! Transportation will not be provided for the weekend. Uber and Lyft will run $15-20 to the venue, so we recommend going in groups of 4 for the best cost as the larger vehicles holding 6 people are more expensive. Check Orbitz, Priceline, or similar websites for the best combination flight and hotel deals first. If you have airline miles, this may still be a great option. Compare direct hotel and airline rates with packages. AirBnb is also an option where you can find less expensive suites slightly off of the strip by about a block. The best days of the week to book travel are Tuesday - Thursday as prices are typically lower. Use any AAA, Government, etc. discounts as well to save extra - most hotels have a per night resort fee of at least $35. When booking reservations directly with the hotel, join their rewards program and you should receive a discount or credit for food or gaming possibly. Take a look at the location of hotels to decide where you may like to stay. The area between Flamingo Rd. and Tropicana Ave. has some great places to stay, and we will end up in this area.
Flight
Southwest flies out of airports close to everyone's location and offers vacation packages with monthly payment plans for flight and hotel and car options. They also do not charge for 2 checked bags and are typically non-stop or shorter flights than other airlines. You also have the ability to add show tickets to your monthly payments.
