What is the dress code? 👔👗

Answer

Business Casual. Men are welcome to wear dress pants with a button-down shirt or polo. A suit and tie aren’t required, but feel free to wear them if you’d like. Women can wear dresses, skirts, or dress pants paired with a blouse, sweater, or nice top. Blazers or cardigans are also welcome. Think polished, but comfortable!

What time should I arrive? ⏰

Answer

Please arrive about 15 mins early to find parking and a seat. Please try to keep rush-hour traffic in mind; it may add 20-30 mins to your normal route.

Where do I enter the building? 🏢

Answer

Please enter through the steps under the blue awning. A staff member and a sign will be inside the door to direct you to the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus-one? 👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼

Answer

Yes, if your invite mentions a “Guest”, you are welcome to bring a plus-one of your choice! Please indicate their name when you RSVP so we can make proper seating arrangements.

Am I allowed to bring my children? 👶🏼

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we kindly ask that you enjoy a night out, kid-free. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and celebrate with us! 😊 Jonathan and Carlee’s nieces and nephews will be part of the wedding, as they are immediate family. If finding childcare is a challenge, please don’t hesitate to reach out- we’re happy to help where we can!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location? 📍

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will take place at the same address.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors? 🌤️

Answer

The ceremony will technically be outdoors, but it will take place under a covered, heated pavilion that’s attached to the building, with only one open side- so you’ll be sheltered while still enjoying the fresh air!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony? 📸

Answer

While we won’t be enforcing a strict “no photos” rule, we kindly ask that you be present in the moment and keep phone use to a minimum during the ceremony. Feel free to take a few discreet photos, but we’ve got a pro capturing it all- save your snaps for the party! 🎉

Where will the reception be? 🪩🥂

Answer

The reception will be held upstairs in the Westview Room. You will be directed by a staff member to head upstairs after the ceremony to enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres!

What’s on the dinner menu!? 🍽️

Answer

We will be doing a buffet-style arrangement with the following choices: Hot Entrees: - Baked Breast of Chicken with Garlic-Herb Sauce - Smoked Pit Ham with Bourbon Glaze - New England Beef Roast with Demi Glaze Sauce - Steamed Tilapia Filets with Sweet Chili Glaze Sides: - Vegetable Rice Medley - Twice-Baked Potato Casserole - Green Beans Almondine Dessert: - Cake, of course!
